Our team U15 AC was formed in April 2017 and subsequently entered the Warrington League at U7 level. Four players from the original squad are still playing in the team. Last season we finished third in division 5, securing our second promotion in three years, and we will be playing in Division 3/4 in September. We train on a Tuesday evening and play matches on a Saturday.

The team philosophy is in line with the FA Respect Guidelines "We Only Do Positive", which highlights the aims of being respectful to each other, the opposition, and match officials, provide opportunities for all, accept mistakes, and try to win but not at the expense of the previous points. 

We also prioritise player development over results, and will continue to give all players equal opportunity to play across the season. As the boys have got older we have encouraged them to take more ownership and responsibility, and demonstrate leadership.
