Having played competitive, high-level football from a very young age through to adulthood, James has a number of years real-world experience from the various good (and not so good) coaches to lean on in helping this U8 squad develop.

James is fully DBS checked, Welfare & Safeguarding qualified, First Aid trained, and are accredited to FA coaching standards enabling him to concentrate on the development of the team and each individual player based on their needs, all while making the game fun and accessible to this young team. 

James' ethos is to ensure we not only develop individual football ability, but a players ability to lead and be a responsible young person.

Matt, like James, has multiple years experience playing high-level competitive football that has enabled him to develop a firm understanding of what good coaching can do at grassroots level and beyond.

He is fully DBS checked, welfare & safeguarding qualified, first aid trained, and accredited to FA coaching standards, Matt delivers really well planned training drills for the team that have been seen executed in competitive play demonstrating his ability to clearly communicate with our young team.

Matt shares the team ethos' of developing this young squad into good people first and foremost through football and community.
