Rainford Rangers is affiliated to Liverpool FA. All coaches are DBS checked and we strive for the highest standards ensuring all Mangers are Level 1 minimum, with FA Emergency aid, & FA Safeguarding trained
Where we started
Rainford is situated between the historical Market town of Ormskirk, which is home to Edge Hill University. Closest to St Helens which has a strong rugby team, which some of past players have progressed into although a different sport. We are a Charter Standard club based in Merseyside. Our most well known ex player is England goals scoring Captain and Premier League Captain Conor Coady. Who has been our trophy presenter at many a presentation evening. We are proud to have our home ground which can have up to 6 Pitches. We also have girls and inclusion teams so proud to serve our community and beyond. We have been a club since 1975, today our chairman along with many managers is an ex Rainford Player.
Our Facilities
We are proud to have a home ground which is noted as some of the best playing facilities in the leagues we play. in the winter months most team use local 3G facilities like JMO in Skem or local schools like Rainford High
