About Rainford Rangers U7 Inter

Mark, Kai, and James provide high quality sports coaching at grass roots level, developing the person, not just the player.

Having recently graduated from the U6 development academy, this group of young, budding footballers are excited to take on their first season as a team playing in the U7 Warrington Junior Football League.

Mark Bainbridge

Mark is a UEFA C licensed coach with over 12 years of grassroots experience. He brings a strong foundation in developing players and fostering a passion for the game at the community level.

Holding an MA in Sports and Physical Education as well as a PGCE in Physical Education, Mark combines academic expertise with practical coaching knowledge to create engaging, development-focused environments for young athletes.

Kai Meredith

Kai delivers a coaching style that is high energy, helping the children fall in love with the game of football, build self-confidence, and learn how to be great teammates, all while having a lots of fun and laughs along the way.
