Welcome to the Rainford Rangers Real U9’s Team Page.

The team was formed following graduation from the Rainford Rangers U6 Academy and played their first league games through the 2021/2022 season.

The team have commenced their third season and are enjoying playing their home and away fixtures in the Warrington Junior Football Saturday League.

Training is well attended on Tuesday evenings utilising local 3g floodlit pitches and throughout the course of the year regular friendlies are arranged, along with tournament football and summerleague games.

The team is made up of children across the Rainford schools and those in the surrounding area which has helped promote new friendshipsfor the players and their extended families alike.

All three of our coaches are DBS checked, qualified Level 1 FA coaches andmaintain the latest Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications required by the FA.
